SNCKI Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SNCKI! These Terms govern your use of sncki.com and purchases from our Retail, Subscriptions, Collective Boxes, and Catering services.

1. Website Operator

This website is operated by SNCKI LLC, registered in Egypt (registration details to be added), with its registered address to be added.

2. Orders and Prices

All prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be disclosed before checkout.

An order is accepted when SNCKI confirms it, subject to product availability and successful payment where required. If an item becomes unavailable or a material pricing error is discovered, we will contact you with the available options before fulfillment.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, quantities, ingredients, and allergen information. Product packaging or assortments may vary where disclosed.

We will not substitute products without appropriate customer approval. Any substitution affecting ingredients or allergens requires particular attention and explicit agreement.

4. Subscriptions

Customers may choose weekly or monthly deliveries, subject to the available plans.

At launch, each subscription box will require payment confirmation before fulfillment. No automatic card charge will take place unless a separate recurring-payment feature is introduced and the customer explicitly authorizes it.

Customers may change, skip, pause, or cancel future boxes up to 48 hours before their scheduled preparation begins. Changes requested afterward will be reviewed based on order status and applicable consumer rights.

Any price adjustment affecting future subscription boxes will be communicated at least 14 days before it takes effect.

5. Collective Boxes

Box descriptions specify the included products or permitted selection options. Customized selections may change the final price, which will be displayed before payment.

Large corporate or bespoke orders may require a separate quotation.

6. Catering

Submitting a catering request does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after SNCKI approves availability, the customer accepts the quotation, and any agreed deposit or payment is completed.

Cancellation and rescheduling arrangements for each catering booking will be disclosed in its quotation or agreement, subject to applicable law.

7. Delivery

Delivery availability, fees, and estimated times depend on the destination and selected service. Available delivery options and the total price will be shown before checkout.

If a significant delay occurs, customers may contact SNCKI to discuss the available remedies.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.

9. Accounts and Payments

Customers must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to place orders. Payment methods available for each order will appear at checkout.

10. Intellectual Property

The SNCKI name, logo, website content, and original creative materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

11. Changes and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by applicable Egyptian law. Changes to the Terms will not remove rights already acquired under confirmed orders or mandatory consumer-protection rules.
